let's have some fun, this beat is sick...

Tonight we saw the one n only Lady GaGa. To say that the show was the shit would b an understatement. she is truly an artist. She once said that the way andy warhol was an artist is the way she wants to model herself as a musician, singer, dancer, n exhibitionist. N fo sho-- she an exhibitionist. Her sexy legs were always bare n she never wore anything more than a leotard. But before I get into her performance, lemme tell u bout the atmosphere.

I had never been to the wiltern before. Its pretty old. has most of the original architecture, kinda small. But that was good cuz we had mezzanine seats, but i felt like we were still pretty close to the stage. Adrian was the only straight guy there. literally. It was crawling with tight t shirt wearing, buff,  and flamboyantly loud gay guys. Soo funny... adrian was like "wtf I don't belong here!" but he got me these tix as a valentine's day gift, and he just frontin' he loves lady GaGa too. girls (and guys) everywhere were dressed like her too. blonde wigs everywhere. leotards. bathing suits. stunna shades. gay guys in leotards. holding crystal wands. soo funny. i was like dayum aint they cold? whatev ppl like getting dressed up thats cool.

So Lady GaGa's tour is called the Fame Ball tour, and her album, The Fame, is all about the ups and downs of living the life of the rich and famous.  Since my cousin Je burned the album for me months ago, I been obsessed with it.  You know how there are albums where there are only like 3 or 4 good songs?  Well this ain't one of them.  You can listen to her whole album the whole way through and you will love each one.

Lady GaGa danced her ass off, and her voice was so strong and fierce.  Her voice reminds me of lots of other artists, such as Christina Aguilera, Amy Winehouse, and Gwen Stefani.  But I think she's so unique in her music. She ain't afraid to be who she is. She did most of her hits.  I felt like it was a rave up in there. glowsticks flying around and gay guys dancing in the aisles.  One gay guy named Freddie kept giving me high fives every five minutes. Adrian was gettin scared cuz he was flirting with him and getting a little too touchy feely. but whatev we were having a good time. some gay guy was like "Look she's like a little tinkerbell!!!"  her outfits were off the chain. she had one outfit made out of bubbles. just bubbles. and her piano matched too. she said she had that piano built with bubbles (I think it was clear acrylic or something) just to match her outfit.  n she plays the piano really well too. look isn't she cute? she was playin piano with her foot up like that.

It just sucked cuz i was sick and had a sore throat and bad cough. but I still had a blast. my favorite part was wen of course she did Just Dance and Poker Face, she tore the house down with those! Everyone was gettin all crazy and cunk!!! But i really loved when she slowed it down a bit and brought out her piano and sang slow versions of some songs, such as Poker face.  She really got to show off her amazing voice, (kinda reminded me of Amy Winehouse), since it was accapella and piano... so good. also what sucked was that my camera is in vegas--left it there months ago. and they wouldn't let adrian bring in his humongous professional camera so we had to resort to pics from his camera phone. oh well. i was able to find a good video of Poker Face the piano version, check it out. you can see her cute bubble dress too haha.

what was cool too was at the end she faked us out. she left the stage and we were like
wtf that's it? so then the whole crowd starting chanting over n over "GAGA! GAGA!
GAGA!" then she came out in another outfit and finished the
show. after she was really done, we were all surprised to see Perez Hilton come out
and say some words to Miz GaGa. He said that he's been her # 1 fan since day 1 and
has always supported her.... and officially named her the new Princess of Pop. Sorry
Britney, you been replaced! but forreal i totally agree. then he presented her with a
plaque honoring her single Just Dance that just went triple platinum. then she started
bawling. And she closed the night and told the crowd, "Thank you!!! I love you and will
never leave you!"

All in all such a fun night, thanks Babe! the best valentine's gift ever. and if y'all havent heard lady
GaGa's album yet, go out and get it! you won't regret it.
